Welcome to the blog and web page of Jess Thornton, author and private detective of La Crosse Wisconsin

Here I am, standing in front of my good friend Alexander Blackdeer's home on Indian Hill.

Our latest adventure is written in the pages of The Portrait, a truly riveting tale set, once again, in La Crosse Wisconsin!

It is also available, as are all of my books, via ebook through Kindle, iBooks, and everywhere else fine digital books are sold.

Here is a link: The Portrait on ebook

I hope you enjoy this book- I'm just glad that Alexander, not to mention most of the Thornton family on south 20th street, lived through it!
